Direct Debit

How do I sign up to Direct Debit?

To sign up to Direct Debit with AES Recycling simply download and fill in our Direct Debit Mandate and post it to:

Or alternatively email your completed Direct Debit form to directdebits@aesirl.ie

The direct debit can also be set up or updated on My Account online.

How do I change my Direct Debit details?

To change your Direct Debit details simply fill in a new Direct Debit Mandate form with your correct details and post it to:

The direct debit can also be set up or updated on My Account online.

When does my Direct Debit come out of my bank account?

Your Direct Debit comes out of your account between the 10th and the 15th of each month.

Unfortunately due to administration purposes, this date cannot be changed.

Where do I find my BIC & my IBAN?

Your BIC & IBAN can be found on your bank statement. You may also request this information from your bank.

My Account Online

How can I register for My Account Online?

Registering for My Account Online couldn’t be easier.
All you need is your account number and your pin code which will act as your password. You can then log in here.
A text should have been sent with this information, however if you have not gotten this you can request this information via phone on 045 580060 or via email at email info@aesrecycling.ie.

If you already know your account number but not your password, you can request this by clicking on ‘Forgot customer number or password?’.

How do I pay a bill / invoice?

Log in to your “My Account”.

On the right hand side of the portal you will see a section which reads ‘Top up your account or pay a bill’, under this you will see a green button which say ‘Pay Household Bill’. This will bring you to a payment page where you can make a payment.

You will see your current balance on this page. If an amount is owed, you will see a minus in front of the amount, and if your account is in credit, this will show with no minus and in green.

To make a payment of any amount, please click on the ‘Pay any amount’ box and input the amount you wish to make payment of.

You can also go into the ‘Domestic invoices’ tab which shows on the main page when you log in. You will need to adjust the date range to show the invoice you are looking for.

How do I top up my account?

Log in to your “My Account”.

What payment methods are accepted?

Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted when topping up your account or paying an invoice.

Where can I find my account number?

Your account number can be located in the ‘Account details’ tab which shows on the main page when you first log in. The account number will be under the current balance and will be noted as the ‘Customer no.’.

Why should I sign up to My Account Online?

My account is an easy way for you to top up your account and make payments on outstanding invoices.

You can also view your collection calendar to see when each bin will be collected and have a look at your collection history in case you have any queries.
