We’re delighted to announce that AES Recycling has been named a finalist at The Irish CX Impact Awards 2026 in the Impact in Utilities category.
The recognition celebrates the significant work taking place across AES to transform the customer experience and make it easier for customers to interact with us, access information and manage their waste services.
Over the past year, AES has continued to invest in improving the way we communicate and engage with our customers. This transformation has involved much more than introducing new technology. It has brought together people, processes, systems and digital services to create a more connected and customer-focused experience.
A key part of this has been the continued development of our digital offering, including the AES Recycling App, giving customers greater access to their services and information directly from their mobile devices.
Alongside this, we have continued to enhance our internal processes and technology to provide our teams with better tools and greater visibility of customer interactions. These improvements are helping us respond more effectively, improve consistency and deliver a better overall experience.
The transformation has been driven by a simple objective: make dealing with AES easier for our customers.
Whether customers are looking for information about their collections, managing their account, contacting our team or using our digital services, we are continually looking at ways to remove friction and improve the experience.
This has required collaboration across the business, with our Customer Service, Operations, Technology and wider teams working together to identify opportunities for improvement and put those changes into practice.
Being shortlisted for the Irish CX Impact Awards is fantastic recognition of the progress AES has made and the commitment of our people to continually improving the customer experience.
